The Lash Edit - London

I have loved false lashes for a very long time now and I have become quite familiar with the process of putting them on. Going from the first Girls Aloud collection, wearing my Cheryl's to every night out, I have since then branched out and wear a wide variety of lashes. Including this gorgeous London trio I got given to me as a stocking filler from Elliot this Christmas.

I love how different the three styles are, with the top set being perfect for date night when you want a bit more dazzle, the middle set that are perfect for adding a bit more glam to your day and the bottom set that I love wearing for those days where I really want my eyes to stand out.

As with almost all Eylure lashes, they fit my eyes perfectly and with the glue that's provided, go on so easily too. I tend to use tweezers when putting on my lashes as it really helps stick them down.

I have my eye on the Paris set next as those styles really appeal to me too.

Have you tried any of these lashes yet?

Katy Perry Punk Princess Eyelashes

Katy Perry's collections for Eylure never disappoint. I always fall in love with them, whether they're dainty lashes for daytime or the crazy festival coloured ones I reviewed when I first started blogging, she caters for every occasion.

Her latest collection is no different and when I spotted these is Boots, they somehow ended up in my shopping basket. Don't know how that happened??

The Punk Princess lashes aren't the most dramatic lashes from her collection but they are so stunning. They have a slightly more feathered finish, which I am loving at the moment. So once on they look more natural and people have even said that I look like I've just got an amazing mascara on.

So if you're not a fan of the false lash look but still want to wow, then Punk Princess is highly recommended.

Miss Eylure Lash Review

I used to be such a lash-o-holic.

I've been known to wear lashes every day no matter the occasion, with a low point being when I actually used to wear 3 pairs a day... Cringe.

Now I savour my lash days and keep them for when I want to look a little bit more snazzy and glamorous.

I got these Miss Eylure lashes in my goody bag from the Mid Summer Meet that I hosted with Lookfantastic, MyBag and Allsole. I'm already in love with these lashes as you'll see why when you see them on.

Not too thick or heavy, these pre-glued lashes add length to my lashes rather than volume which I love.

They were so easy to apply. Out of the packet and peeled off the applicator, you don't have to fiddle around with any glue, you just place them along your lashline, adjust and you're ready to go.  Perfect for the lazy girl or lash virgin.

Ka-Pow Eyes

I'll admit it, I'm an eyelash fiend. Having worn up to 3 pairs at one time (cringe) I have now realized the importance of not only gaining thickness from lashes but length and curl too.

I've been a big fan of Katy Perry's lashes since they were released, only ever wearing her Oh My! lashes for nights out because of their thickness and fit on my eyes.

But I have a new eyelash crush, Ka-Pow is from the new line of eyelashes from Eylure & Katy Perry that feature lashes with different colours ranging from a beautiful emerald green to the ones I have, purple mixed with black lashes. I chose these because of my eye colour which I think should be a big decision when choosing coloured lashes. I just can't imagine blue lashes with my blue eyes.

The Ka-Pow lashes are long, thick and the perfect partner for a night out in Newcastle. For my completed look I went for my favourite eyeshadow palette at the moment, the Urban Decay Ammo 2 Palette and went for the paler shades to create a brightening effect from the inner corner and a little bit of the purple to match the lashes.

I love how these lashes look on and even better they're re usable so I think I'll be turning to these beauties for the next few nights out.
