The Gabby.

A dress that many bloggers have been seen in and a lust have for my wardrobe. I absolutely love this dress, it comes in a range of colours but the Green is my favourite. It's just so amazing; a long sleeve creation absolutely covered in sequins, this is a dress I'm fantasizing about wearing for New Year! Because a NYE dress needs to be sparkly, beautiful and a reflection of how amazing your next year is going to be.

Celebrations

Guys, I finally passed my driving test!

What a relief that was, after years of having to get lifts and take the bus I am now legally allowed behind the wheel!

I got home to the biggest hug from Elliot followed by some amazing scrambled egg and prosecco that he'd gone out and bought whilst I was out driving. He had faith in me obviously!

We then gathered the troops and headed to the Fishpool Inn for some celebratory drinks and lovely food. (some of you might remember that I went here when I passed my theory)

We all shared a bottle of Pinot and scoured the menu.

I went for the Warm Crottin of Delamere's Goat Cheese with pistachios and a lemon doused salad. 

Sophie had the Tiger Prawn Pil Pil which smelled heavenly of garlic. 

Rachel opted for the Muncaster crab and smoked salmon parcel which was so well presented

And Elliot had a Ham and Leek soup to start. 

For our mains I had the Mediterranean vegetable lasagna with a side of onion rings. These were the best onion rings Rachel has ever had and I have to agree, they were so good.

Elliot had the slow cooked belly of pork

And Sophie & Rachel went for pizzas cooked in their woodstone ovens, with Rachel opting for a shredded duck special and Sophie with beef.   

For pudding Sophie had a lemon sorbet and Rachel had an apple alternative. Whilst me and Elliot went for the Fishpool Sundae that contained cream, big chunks of hazelnut brownie, honeycomb icecream and chocolate sauce.

I had such a lovely night and it was really nice to celebrate another milestone with all of my favourite people. I'll be the designated driver next time guys, I promise.

The Perfect Christmas Outfit

I have had somewhat of a love/hate relationship with Jack Wills over the years. Falling in love with their dresses but loathing the saturated use of their hoodies everywhere you turn. But I have yet again, fallen in love with JW and its for a very, VERY good reason. 

I mean, just look at that dress, its like fashion porn!

I love tartan print at the moment and this cute Charlton Dress ticks all the boxes for making that office party an amazing one this year.

Get Some Brow Drama

If you've been reading my blog for a while you'll know that I love brows. So I'm always looking for new products that will make them look fuller, thicker and more browtiful then ever!

My latest purchase resulted from a a 3 for 2 offer going on at Superdrug and I'm pretty pleased I took advantage of it. 

Maybelline Brow Drama is the first brow mascara I've ever used and I love it. I use this after my Rimmel Eyebrow pencil to add more definition and texture to my brows. It's great for adding more colour as well as taming any crazy hairs that decide not to behave.

You can get this spherical mascara in light, medium and dark, so everyone wins really.

In this month's Glamour magazine, you can get your hands on 1 of 4 amazing Kate Spade Nails Inc nail polishes and I just so happened to come across this glossy number when on my travels.

Big Apple Red is definitely a classic. Boasting an intrinsically rich red hue with a high gloss and super shiny finish.

Essie - Leading Lady

A go to polish for instant Christmas nails, Essie Leading Lady was 2012's winter collection headliner and I think it's well worth a rebirth for some festive flair this year.

Packed with glitter in a deep red colour, you'll find this nail polish pretty flawless. After a few days wear as well the polish hasn't budged. Perfect.

Baby Lips - Winter Lip Care with Maybelline

These cute Baby Lips balms from Maybelline have been rocking every beauty blog since their release and it's not hard to see why. 

They come in an array of different shades, they're super moisturizing and they don't break the bank. And with the weather making a mockery out of my appalling winter wear, I need something to protect my lips from getting cracked and sore. 

My Baby Lips of choice was this cute blue & pink one but I think I might be investing in one to put on my desk at work as well as my make up bag.
