For the last few weeks I've been building up my fitness with brisk walking and interval running when I'm not so out of breath. Yes, I am unfit...
So I've got myself on to MapMyRun in order to track progress and save routes I do. It shows you how many calories you have burned, how fast you went and you can make notes of how your run went, which was great motivation for me to remind myself to run after work.
Even better, if you have MyFitnessPal on your phone as well, you can sync these up and it will automatically add your workout to your diary. Amazing!
