When I visited the hairdresser at the start of March, there was a stern discussion about the maintenance and current condition of my hair. I'll be the first to admit that it's not great, and my routine is a reflection of that. I don't really protect my hair from heat whilst styling, which is a big no no.
So I was told to go and get myself a heat defense spray to use daily, ensuring that I don't get anymore snappy ends.
I've always had a soft spot for Toni & Guy, having used their products in my teens, so I parted with some cash and got myself their Heat Defense Spray. With a spray that doesn't over coat the hair or leave it damp before you style, which is another big no no with these sprays. Yeah you're using the spray, but allowing the spray to get your hair wet will merely make styling worse for your hair.
I spray in before I blow dry my hair, protecting it from the heat exposure from my hair dryer as well as just before I use my straighteners.
So I visited by hair dresser again at the start of May and she mentioned how good my hair was looking. I have to put this down to the Toni & Guy spray as it's the only thing I've changed from my routine. It was longer, thicker and above all, healthier. So I'd definitely recommend this spray to you.
Melissa Odabash Jewellery
I've never heard of Melissa Obadash before but these girls got it so right! The colour of this Crystal Lotus Charm Bracelet caught my eye first, I love Rose Gold! It's such a summer colour, and goes with everything.
Then I noticed the charm, it's stunning. With crystals encrusted within the lotus, it just sparkles so beautifully! And who can honestly say they don't like a bit of sparkle in their life?
I've took some time browsing through the Odabash collections and everything is gorgeous. The summer wear collection is definitely on my wish list now.
Motivate Me Monday
I find fitspiration from so many places. From fitness bloggers to fitspo tumblrs, I am all over them to keep myself on track. But I've found my biggest source of inspiration to be from Instagram.
I follow a fair few accounts on instagram and I'm on it every day, so why not incorporate fitness and health into my regime into this way as well. I've listed a few of the fitness accounts I follow underneath this pictures, so you can check them out for yourself.

e.l.f Porcelain Tinted Moisturiser Review
Yes, another tinted moisturiser has made it into my life...
This e.l.f Tinted Moisturiser caught my eye a few weeks ago and I've only just had the time to get round to photographing it. It was hard to put down my L'Oreal CC Cream, but I love trying out new things so it had to happen.
If I'm totally honest with you, I was a little disappointed with this. I bought Porcelain because I've been weening myself off the fake tan recently, so thought this shade would be ideal for my pale skin. However, as always with tinted moisturisers, it was still just too tinted for my skin. I could get away with it when I used a pale powder underneath, but for the most part I just wasn't happy. If I applied too much I would just be an orange mess...
Can anyone point me in the direction of a good foundation, tinted moisturiser or cc cream that works for pale skin?

Hi Frank
So there's been a lot of talk about this guy called Frank...
He's got women all over the world wowing over what he can do to their bodies and how he can transform their looks...Frank is obviously the coffee body scrub that bloggers are flocking for, not some weird Christian Grey type character.
I had to get in on the action to see what the fuss was all about and after reading a few reviews I came to the conclusion that, yes, this scrub might just be that little bit amazing. So I went ahead and ordered myself a pouch. I went for the Original Frank, containing Roasted & ground Arabica coffee, Cold pressed sweet almond oil, Brown Sugar, Sea Salt, Orange fragrance with Vitamins & minerals.
I do love the smell of coffee, so the appeal of a coffee scrub to use in the morning just sounds incredible. It didn't disappoint, not even one bit.
After my first use the first thing I noticed was how smooth and soft my skin was afterwards. It also left my skin with a subtle coffee smell too which was lovely when I sat down after. I've only used this a few times so no cellulite banishing yet, but I do feel better for using Frank. He's definitely worth the hype.

Sharing The Love
I've never done one of these types of posts before but I've read so many blogs that share the love and have introduced me to new bloggers over the last few months. So I thought that I'd share with you the bloggers that I've been constantly going back to.
