Motivate Me Monday

It has been a long time since I put one of these up, but it seemed appropriate with all my summer plans. With a long holiday very much needed, I want to not even think about any body insecurities I have and just have a relaxing time. 

So here is a little fitspiration for the summer to really get you in the mood for some fitness and healthy eating. I'll also give you a brief list of some of my favourite fitness sites and recipes at the bottom.
