FITSPO!
One of the biggest things in my life right now. And although I may not be exercising as much as I should, I'm eating right and making all of my dinners from scratch. Making these changes has started to make my food more exciting and I'm loving all of the fresh ingredients. I don't feel as drained as I used to which is doing wonders for my work too.

I love fitspo but I feel like it's going in the wrong direction now, there's so much "she squats" and "you could look like this if you tried" out there which is just not realistic anymore. Love the images you chose though, and that food looks delicioussss
