Motivate Me Monday

This weekend started out well, but I already knew I'd break anyway. I went for a run/walk, cooked all of my meals for the week and then headed to my friend's house for a catch up. Which then lead to Starbucks, chips and cocktails. 

This week is a new week though and I'm ready to get going again. So here's some fitspo for both me and for you as well.

  1. You didn't do too bad! Try not to be harsh on yourself, having a healthy balance is allll good :) I need to get back into healthy eating and exercising regularly asap, stuck in such a rut! x
