Today I start my Exante journey. 

I did a trial run on Exante a few months ago but I've decided enough is enough and I need a kick start in order to get my bikini body. 

That, combined with Blogilates and I think I'll be a beach bombshell...(hope my will power is strong enough)

After a traumatic month, I chewed my nails off! All that work I'd done with Renunail ruined. And I'm struggling to get back in the nail growing swing of things.

I've been dreaming of holidays this week. I feel like I need the longest holiday ever, phone turned off the entire time with nothing but a watermelon cocktail in my hand. Anybody else feeling this way?

After a recent influx of reading fitness blogs and following a lot of fitspiration accounts on Instagram, I've made a conscious effort to eat and drink healthier.

I've conquered the food side of things, swapping out rubbish like pizza and white bread (which I love) and opting for something a little healthier like baked sweet potatoes, butternut squash and snacking on grapes.

FAUX

 I've been a little naughty lately and splurged on a few MAC lipsticks. 

I blame my friends, who are all self confessed MAC junkies!

 

Faux is one of my latest additions to my lipstick collection and I LOVE it! It's matte, it's creamy and it's pretty! Not only that, it is so wearable during the day; I've even had a few wears during work which I never wear lipstick for.

FITSPO! 

One of the biggest things in my life right now. And although I may not be exercising as much as I should, I'm eating right and making all of my dinners from scratch. Making these changes has started to make my food more exciting and I'm loving all of the fresh ingredients. I don't feel as drained as I used to which is doing wonders for my work too.
